We do not use an à la carte menu but instead take our guests on a culinary journey. You indicate what you don’t like or whether you have any allergies, and chef Maurice puts together a delicious, balanced 6-course (or more) menu. You can also consult with Sven to include some gorgeous accompanying wines.
